About Me

Father, Husband, Custodian

I’m blessed to be the father to four strong willed daughters, husband to a brilliant and patient wife, and custodian to 10 chickens, 4 bunnies, 4 horses, 3 pigs, 3 dogs, 4 cats, and whatever the ladies bring home next.

How do I know how to do all these things?

My unique perspective stems from living with AuDHD—a combination of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder—which I see as a superpower. This neurodivergence allows me to visualize projects in a multidimensional way, understanding their long-term impacts and intricacies. It also fuels my drive for innovation, pushing me to master one industry before moving on to new challenges. Throughout my journey, the constants in my life have been a deep connection with animals and a passion for building, renovating, and creating.

Past Projects

I’ve taken on diverse and ambitious projects that reflect my commitment to craftsmanship and ingenuity. My first major endeavor was restoring a 1907 historic home in Denver, where I completed a full overhaul, including electrical, plumbing, sewage, HVAC, foundation work, and meticulous restoration of the original woodwork.

From there, I tackled a short sale property, finishing the construction with tasks such as flooring, drywall, electrical updates, well system improvements, cabinetry, and landscaping.

My family’s ranch in Montana, originally an 1800s stagecoach stop, has also been a focus of my efforts. I’ve replaced rotting logs, stabilized a slipping slope for a wash house turned art studio, excavated a new pond, installed irrigation ditches, and replaced roofs on the main and guest houses.

One of my most personal projects was building a surf home just north of Ensenada, Mexico. Constructed entirely by hand, I managed every detail—from digging the foundation and mixing concrete to raising walls and installing off-grid solar and water systems.

Each project embodies my dedication to combining vision with action, creating lasting, meaningful spaces.
